Entrepreneurship and research combined
Key updates of the WLS 2019 program forthcoming: We are extremely happy to announce this workshop on global learning entrepreneurship: Finnish company Educraftor will be hosting a session on their global intiatives and networking to forge new learning models and approaches, based on recent work in Singapore, Vietnam, Northern Europe and USA. The workshop will be run by founder and CEO Peter Fagerström, who joined up with us at the Future Leaening Lab for our Oslo Roundtable in 2018 and then at WLS 2018, in the fall.
We are equally happy to announce confirmation that Cathy Casserly will also be joining our PhD Colloquium team, in addition to keynoting in the open plenary of the summit. As of today, WLS 2019 offers a unique opportunity for PhD students to present and publish papers in a meriting Summit publication, with a WLS recommendation of 5 ECTS credits to be awarded by their home institution upon submission of request. WLS does not offer credits, but our PhD colloquium provides PhD students with a separate course workshop space where international speakers from the Summit will be brought in to listen, comment, and give advise.
